When Rishi Kapoor revealed that Neetu Kapoor was threatened, he was re -involved in ‘Sagar’ with his ‘Bobby’ Costar Dimple Kapadia.

They say that due to being protective and right, there are colors of love and no story of romance can ever be said without it. Even the most support of the partners is jealous, unsafe, and feel when some explosion from the past appears in their lives. Something similar happened with Neetu Kapoor when her beloved husband Rishi Kapoor was offered to work again with her ‘Bobby’ co-star Dimple Kapadia.
In his memoir ‘Khullam Khulla’, the late mythological star Rishi Kapoor mentioned the time and how much his wife Neetu Kapoor was again helpful. She was at the peak of her career when she tied the knot with Rishi Kapoor. While Rishi continued his name in the golden pages of Indian cinema, Neetu decided to become a housewife just after his marriage. She was happy in her husband’s success. She was always a very safe woman, but when the sage Dimple joined again with Kapadia, things changed a bit.
Both Rishi and Dimple got their big break with ‘Bobby’. His first film was a huge hit and on-screen romance allegedly had some impact in his personal life. However, Rishi later married, started a family, while Dimple was his Rajesh Khanna. When both were offered ‘Sagar’, the dynamics were more different as the sage was the father of two children and Dimple was recently separated from Rajesh Khanna. Rishi revealed in his biography that then, Neetu confessed to him that he had threatened for the first time in his marriage.
“But she doesn’t need to be worried. Dimple was a friend, even though she could have been slightly more than her during Bobby. Ten years had passed; she was coming out of a wedding with her own two children, and I was also well settled with two children. I never allow Neetu to go down in my wedding. I am never letting down Neetu.
In addition, speaking about Dimple, Rishi shared, “She was also told that she was a great actress. I could try to live her image in Bobby a lot, but it was not necessary. She was only twenty -five and very beautiful. Here, I was inspired to be simple to my sister at this point. (2005).”
However, the best thing was that despite her fear, Neetu never stopped Rishi Kapoor in fulfilling her professional obligations. Rishi Kapoor also noted, saying, “Neetu should have some reservation, but she was very dignified about the whole thing. It is his credit that he did not put his leg down and allowed me to do the ocean. The sage confessed how even though there were any waves in their relationship, it was because of them, never. “And yet, the reasons had nothing to do with another woman in my life. She has been a rock and standing in my weakest moments. If I was an Oscar for the best partner, then to be better with someone or to be worse in every sense, she will get it.”
