Cloud storage

Transfer data from an old laptop with a new cloud storage Makes the process easier, but to a large extent it depends on how much data you are transferring and how fast your internet speed is. Transferring data with a physical drive is always faster, but if you have a quick internet connection and do not want to buy additional items, transferring through cloud storage is a great way to bring your new data to a new computer.

  • Google Drive: Upload your files from your old computer to Google Drive, then download them on your new computer.
  • Dropbox: Similar to Google Drive but with various features and storage options.
