“Before a breath” is an tender, infectious and eventually the story of three mothers who have lost children in Stillbarth and are now trying to make pregnancy safe. The film investigates an experience shared by thousands of families in the US, where there are more than 20,000 Silling every year. At least a quarter of those damage is probably worth stopping.
After her daughter’s Stillbarth, Debbie Hen Vijayvargia goes to Washington. She finds herself fighting with political inertia because she fights to pass the shine for the Autumn Act, the law nominated for her stilborne child. Mother’s health advocate, Kanika Harris, takes changes in her hands, telling the story of Kodjo and Zindji, who are twins, as she trains workers of a new generation of black birth. Backs to a nurse -resurrected crystallizing of his daughter Elodi, seeking answers to the Stilbyrt of his daughter Elodi, to meet a nurse administrator Stephanie Lee in Manhattan. We follow it because he prepares to give birth again under the care of the Rainbow Clinic in Mount Sinai, who provides special care for the parents who have experienced these losses.
Inspired by Duaa ELDEib’s groundbreaking reporting, who was a finalist for the Pulitzer Award, the film brightens a light after Stilbert, an experience that was often immersed in silence.
“Before a breath” will also be distributed by the Wnet group. The film is the production of the project. It is executive-manufactured by Almudena Torel and is produced by Susman, Lisa Rordon Sevela and Liz Mofon, also director of photography. After the film’s start on YouTube on Thursday, March 20, “Before a breath” will be available to stream on the YouTube channel and youtube.com/thirteenwnet and Thirteen.org. There will also be many independent and open-to-the-public screening at theaters and other places across the country.
