The UK’s Royal Prince Harry is once again facing the possibility of exile as an American court has ruled that Prince Harry’s immigration files be disclosed by Tuesday.
Judge Carl Nichols has directed the release of documents related to the US visa application of the Duke of Sussex, which after the freedom of information (FOI) request. The Conservative Heritage Foundation, a US think-tank, introduced the FOI request, which potentially suggests the use of previous drugs to Duke that could affect their visa eligibility. On March 15, court documents show Judge Nichols directed America Department of Homeland Security To provide a rearred version by Tuesday reported by Sky News.
In September last year, despite the verdict by the same judge that the public interest in Harry’s immigration record was not sufficient, the judge has now revised its position.
The Heritage Foundation sought this reversal by questioning Harry’s 2020 US entry after his entry about cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms in its book spare. In his autobiography, Harry revealed: “Cocaine did nothing for me”, and said: “Marijuana is different, that really really helped me.”
The Foundation argued that their visa application reactions about the use of previous drugs could raise concerns about government processes. The department of lawyers of Homeland Security agreed in February to release the sensor version despite denying the FOI request in February. The department’s lawyer John Bardo said in the court documents that they would remove the information understood by the court.
Even US President Donald Trump addressed these concerns around the British prince and told the New York Post in February that he would not existing Harry, saying: “I would leave him alone.” He further said a jab to his wife, “He has enough problems with his wife. He is terrible.” The Duchess of Sussex openly criticized Trump, describing them as “divisive” and a “misunderstanding”.

However, in March 2023 GB News Interview with Nigel Faraz, Trump (the then President) opposed special treatment for Harry, “No, we have to see if they know something about drugs, and if they lie they would have to take appropriate action.”
Harry shifted Meghana in 2020 in Canada in 2020, transferred to the US after his departure from the royal family. He has since set up his home in California with his two children.
