Texas officials are investigating on Sunday night after an infver reporter was killed in Austin, Texas.
Alex Jones, the founder of Infowars, announced on Monday that one of his reporters, Jamie White, was “brutally murdered” around midnight.
Fox7 Austin reported that Homoids, which was Austin’s eighth murder of 2025, was in a residential neighborhood in 2300 blocks of Douglas Street in South Austin.
The outlet reported that the Austin Police Department (APD) officer reached the spot and “found an adult male with clear signs of trauma”. The victim was rushed to a hospital where he died.

In a statement, Infowars announced that it was “deeply unhappy” to report White’s death.
The outlet’s statement said, “We are deeply saddened to inform you that the reporter of the Infoers Jamie White was brutally murdered around Sunday night around midnight, in part, Soros Austin, TX da Jose Garza for policies,” said in the statement of the outlet.
“We vows that Jamie’s tragic death will not be in vain, and those responsible for this insensitive violence will be brought into justice,” the statement continued. “Important work of Jamie will be done through the Infovers, our readers and our funded listeners.”
