After the victory of India’s Champions Trophy in Dubai last week, Pesar Harshit Rana returned to his hometown, Delhi in the early hours of Tuesday. On his arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Harshit was welcomed by reporters. While Harshit addressed some questions from the journalists, the Bharat Star saw him a little excited while replying. In a viral video, Harshit saw one of the journalists on a question. He eventually closed his car door after thanking reporters.
“Sir, Mat Lo Na (please, don’t record). Very good, Dia Aapako from Bata (I feel really happy. Thank you!)” Harshit was heard saying in the video.

Harshit was sitting alone in the car, while his belongings were being loaded into the trunk.
Harshit played India’s first two group matches against Bangladesh and Pakistan, before Varun Chakraborty left him for the rest of the tournament. He took a total of four wickets in those matches.
Apart from Harshit, India’s head coach Gautam Gambhir also landed in Delhi on Tuesday. Meanwhie, India captain Rohit Sharma arrived in Mumbai with his wife and children.
Star batter Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma left the team hotel after returning from the stadium on Tuesday. However, it is not clear whether the couple returned to India or not.
Rohit’s team remained unbeaten in the 2024 T20 World Cup in the United States and West Indies and extended the run in the Champions Trophy.
Rohit said about the achievement, “It is a great milestone, speaking honestly.”
“And what kind of team does it speak.
“So, this team has a lot of quality, very depth, very understanding within the group, much more enjoyment, very excitement. And that is how we want to play our cricket.”
India came home with England’s 3–0 ODI match at home in the eight countries tournaments and was a team to defeat in white-ball cricket.
He tops the world team rankings in ODI and T20 listings of the International Cricket Council.
Rohit said, “A game India loses, or it goes here and there, and there are many speculation.”
“But the boys and the team have really succeeded in keeping it aside and just focused on how to win the game and enjoy the game.
“Representing India is not a joke. Everyone wants to represent India with great integrity and very pride.”
