A 10 -year -old Indiana boy was killed after his foster mother, who weighed 340 pounds, allegedly sitting on him for several minutes because he was “acting bad”.
48 -year -old Jennifer Lee Wilson was sentenced to six years in jail in January, with a year, which was served on probation according to WMAQ. He was accused of careless murder in the death of Dakota Levi Stevens.
CBS News reported that on 25 April, the police was called to a house in Valpariso, Indiana, as the boy was not breathing and there was no pulse. An officer hurt the child’s lower neck and chest. The officials tried to revive the boy, but were rushed to a hospital where he later died.

Wilson told the police that the boy had run away from the house, and he found him at a neighbor’s house and brought him back home. He said that he was still “acting bad” and he threw himself to the ground, telling him that he was leaving.
According to a court filing, Wilson told the police that “when he tried to stop him from leaving, she would not know if he dealt with Dakota or he fell to the ground, although his intention was to catch him.”
She said that she was sitting on her midsection for about five minutes. He eventually stopped moving forward, but was confident that he was fake.

“Are you facing?” She asked that she rolled her before she rolled and saw her eyelids yellow. Wilson then began to perform CPR and called 911.
On 27 April, the South Bend Memorial Hospital reported that Dakota died. They suffered organ and soft tissue damage, liver and lung bleeding and other injuries.

The neighbor told the officials that Dakota ran to his house before the medical emergency and asked him to adopt him as his parents hit him on his face. The neighbor said that he did not inspect any signal of injury to the boy.
Wilson then came to withdraw his son, said the neighbor.
Dakota was 4’10 “and 91 pounds, while Wilson was listed in 4’11” and 340 pounds.
