In Bangladesh, the head of the United Nations has pledged to prevent Rohingya from suffering as aid.



“This is my annual visit to Ramadan, this time with Rohingya refugees and in solidarity with Bangladeshi, who hosts them so generously,” Mr. Guterres told reporters in the Cox Bazaar.

During his visit, the General Secretary said he had heard two major messages of refugees: his desire to return safely to Myanmar and his need for better circumstances in camps.

However, he warned that human support is in serious threat after the deduction declared by major donors including the United States and several European countries.

,We are in danger of cutting food ration in this camp,” He said.

Bangladesh is hosting more than a million Rohingya refugees who fled from violence in neighboring Myanmar. The largest migration after the cruel attacks by Myanmar security forces in 2017 described Zid Raid Al-Husain as a “textbook example of ethnic cleaning” for the then United Nations High Commissioner Human Rights.

The world can’t do its back

The general secretary emphasized that the international community could not return to the Rohingya crisis.

,We cannot accept that the international community forgets about Rohingyas,” He said.

He called upon the world leaders to give priority to peace and justice in Myanmar.
