Hamas agrees to release the body of US-Israeli Mortgage Eden Alexander and 4 others

Jerusalem – Hamas said that on Friday, it admitted a resolution to release the bodies of a living American-Israeli hostage and four double nations from the mediators who were killed in captivity. The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu suspected the proposal, accusing Hamas of trying to manipulate in Qatar in the next phase of the Israeli-Hamas ceasefire.

In the Gaza strip, the terrorist group did not immediately specify when the release of Soldier Aidan Alexander and four bodies – or what it was expected to happen in return.

Alexander was 19 years old when he was abducted on the border with Gaza in southern Israel on October 7, 2023 with his base, which provoked the war.

It was not clear that the mediators proposed the release of Hamas. The United States, led by the hostage envoy of Trump Administration Steve Witchoff, is emphasizing a proposal that will expand the Trus and see a limited number of mortgages for prisoners exchanges.

Following Hamas’s statement, Netanyahu’s office stated that Israel “accepted the outline of Vitkoff and showed flexibility,” but said “Hamas is refusing and will not be shaken by his positions.”

“At the same time, it continues to use manipulation and psychological war – the purpose of Hamas’s desire to release the American hostages is to vandalize the talks,” said the Prime Minister’s office.

It said that Netanyahu will call his ministerial team to receive a detailed report from the conversation team on Saturday night and “decide the next stages for the release of the hostages”.

The first phase of the ceasefire ended two weeks ago.

The White House made a surprising announcement last week stating that US authorities were engaged in “ongoing talks and discussions” with Hamas officials, which were not directly attached to the militant group, away from the long -held American policy. This responded to Netanyahu’s office.

It was not immediately clear whether those dialogues were related to Hamas’s Friday announcement about the release of American mortgage.

In a separate statement, Hamas officer Husma Badran confirmed that he confirmed Hamas’s commitment to fully implement the ceasefire agreement in all his stages, warning that any Israeli deviation would interact with a class.

The ceasefire has stopped the deadliest and destructive battle between Israel and Hamas so far. The first phase allowed the withdrawal of the remains of 25 living hostages and eight others in exchange for the release of around 2,000 Palestinian prisoners.

The Israeli army has withdrawn to the buffer zone inside Gaza, hundreds of displaced Palestinians have returned to Northern Gaza for the first time at the beginning of the war, and Israel has recorded hundreds of trucks per day until Israel is suspended.

Israel is pressurizing Hamas to release half of the remaining hostages as the first phase expansion, and promises to interact on a permanent trus. Hamas is believed to have bodies of 24 living hostages and 35 others.

Two weeks ago, Israel cut off all supply to Gaza and more than 2 million people as it pressured Hamas to agree. The terrorist group has said that this step will also affect the remaining hostages.

The Hamas wants to begin the more difficult to negotiate on the second phase of the ceasefire, which will show the release of the remaining hostages, the return of the Israeli forces and a permanent peace from the Gaza.

The terrorist group stated that with a cut in Gaza’s support, some 80% of the population has now lost access to food sources, helping and out of supply markets, while 90% are unable to reach clean drinking water.

In Jerusalem, according to the Islamic Trust, some 80,000 Muslim worshipers prayed on Friday at the Al-Aksa Mosque complex for the second week of Ramadan, who monitors the site. Israel is controlling tightly access, allowing only more than 55 men and more than 50 women to enter from the occupied area for prayer.

“The circumstances are extremely difficult,” said a Palestinian, who is a Palestinian, who left the city of Southern West Bank at dawn to make it for Jerusalem. “We want them to open it for good.”

Hamas accused Israel of increasing a “religious war” against the Palestinians, which is called “systematic targeting of Muslim religious practices” through his sanctions at the Al-Aksa Mosque.
