The Musk family feud just took another explosive turn. Vivian Wilson, the estranged transgender daughter of Elon Musk, launched a scathing attack on her grandfather, Errol Musk, calling him a “racist” and a “psychopath” in a series of now-deleted social media posts.
‘Maybe don’t give him a platform’
Wilson’s furious rant came in response to a New York Times article that examined Errol’s relationship with Elon. She slammed the publication for quoting Errol, writing on Threads:
“If there is someone who has kids with his stepdaughter, has murdered people, and is a huge f—ing racist… maybe don’t give them a f—ing platform.”
She also claimed Errol’s statements were “utter bulls–t” and urged people to stop taking him seriously.
Errol Musk responds
The 77-year-old South African responded Thursday via email to the Daily Beast, dismissing the remarks:
“This is a sad thing. The language used tells one everything.”
Errol, who fathered two children with his former stepdaughter, has long been a controversial figure. He was acquitted of manslaughter after fatally shooting three intruders during a 1998 home invasion.
Family tensions run deep
Wilson has been estranged from her father, Elon, since transitioning, with the X owner previously blaming the “woke mind virus” for what he called the loss of his daughter.
Elon himself has openly condemned Errol, once telling Rolling Stone in 2017:
“My dad will have a carefully thought-out plan of evil. He will plan evil.”
Yet, Errol told the New York Times last week that his relationship with Elon remains strong, claiming the billionaire recently bought him a Bentley.
With multiple generations of the Musk family at odds, this latest controversy only adds fuel to an already fractured legacy.
