Before she wins the WNBA MVP trophies, the National Basketball at Candes Parker Tennessee University grew to prominence. Parker was a member of the two National Championship winning teams, who earned the most outstanding players with the NCAA tournament.
Parker was directed by coach Pat Summit during his standout tenure with volunteers. Parker, an “NBA on TNT” analyst, took a moment to share how she continues to carry a lesson to the late coach launched in her years.
“I would say that eye contact is in fact, in fact, in fact, really important. And he was the first person who really looked at her when she would talk,” Parker responded to sharing some memorable advice from the summit during the “Storytime” segment.

Lefco thanked Parker and then recalled another story which was once told by the three -time WNBA Champion.
“We all want to have a relationship with someone in the way you did with Pat,” Lefco said. “I will never forget you the story of how you came to college. You were hurt, and he will sit there. And you guys will talk. I think it’s a blessing. I want you to thank you for sharing these stories with us because we do not have these relationships.

The Parker also works in the board of directors of the Pat Summit Foundation. The Foundation wants to progress in Alzheimer’s research.

Summit is widely considered one of the greatest coaches in college basketball history. He won eight national titles during his stored tenure in Tennessee.
