David Wood execution in Texas’ delayed ’till next notice’

The execution of Texas Death Ro prisoner David Leonard Wood, which was determined for this week, was stopped by the Texas Appeal Court on Tuesday.

The 67 -year -old Wood spent nearly 33 years on Death Row and was set to die by deadly injection this week, six girls and young women were found buried in the desert near El Paso. The court placed the execution of the wood on a “stagnation” to “further order” without expanding in the order of its three-page.

Out of the nine members of the court, six took the decision, Fox 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth reported. Judge Mary Lu Kail and Jeena Parker disagreed over the execution of Wood and Judge Burt Richardson, who had heard all the appeals of Wood in the trial court since 2011, did not participate.

It was another delay for Wood, which was previously determined for execution in 2009, when it was placed on claims about 24 hours earlier, which he was intellectually disabled and was disqualified for execution. Those claims were later rejected by a judge, and the wood was determined to die on Thursday.

Police has released more information on the murder of Infowars reporter Jamie White as the discovery of suspects.
