With this move announced on Tuesday, the social media is triggering strong responses from the passengers, some threatened to fly with the South -West, if they can no longer get free check bags.

From May 28, only Rapid Rapids A-List Favorite Members and Business Selection Customers will get two free check bags. Members of the Rapid Reward Credit Card will receive their first checked bag for free. According to Southwest’s press release, any other customers who do not fall into those two categories will be charged for both the checked bags.
