An emergency mediator ruled on Thursday that Sara Vyan-Viliums were banned from promoting “careless people”, his book which was released by Flatrone Books on Tuesday, an imprint of publisher Macmillan Books.
Monmoration Chronicle Vinn-Viliums term 2017 from 2011 to 2017 from 2017. During that time, she became a high-level employee who interacted with CEO Mark Zuckerberg, then Ku Sheryl Sandberg and Joel Coupon, the company’s current policy head. In the book, Wynn-Williams alleged that the couple made several inappropriate comments with her, which she then reported to the company as a sexual harassment.
A Meta spokesperson first said about both his book and complaint, “It is a mixture of out-of-date and first a mixture of claims about the company and false allegations about our officials.”
WYNN-Williams also described the company’s various efforts to enter the Chinese market in its book, including building tools that will sensor the material to please the Chinese Communist Party. NBC News reported that WYNNN-Williams addressed some of these claims in a whistleblower complaint, which was filed in April with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The emergency intermediary after seeing the podcast appearance of WYNN-Williams gave a verdict in favor of Meta, in which he discussed his memoir and his allegations that Meta “was trying to close this book.”
“The emergency mediator reveals that, after reviewing the briefs and listening to the oral argument, (Meta) has established the possibility of success on the features of the claims of their contractual non-dis-discipline against the defendant vyiliams, and the absence of emergency relief will be the absence of emergency relief as a result of immediate and irreparable loss.
Additionally, the intermediary ruled that Vyan-cyliums could control, it is prohibited from further publication or distributing the book and repeating the front meta and its authorities or the previous uneven comments. The intermediary also ruled that Wyn-Williams had to withdraw their previous derogatory comments.
The company has previously dismissed the claims of Wynn-Williams as “out-of-date” and said it was fired for “poor performance and toxic behavior”.
Meta spokesperson Andy Stone shared the decision of the emergency arbitration in a post on Threads, saying “it confirms that all the vision should never be published by Williams’ false and infamous book.”
“This immediate legal action was required by Williams, which after more than eight years of being terminated by the company, deliberately hidden the existence of his book project and avoided the industry’s standard fact-peace process to participate in the shelves after waiting for eight years,” Stone said.
Meta alleged that WYNNN-Williams violated the non-disintegration conditions of its September 2017 breakdown agreement, resulting in an emergency proposal on Friday. The emergency mediator then held a telephone hearing, including the legal representatives of the meta and macmillan books, but not the Vyan-cyliums, although not visible, although it was given notice, the filing said.
WYNN-Williams, Flative Books and Macmillan books did not respond to the requests of comments.
