Trump, in the Department of Justice, rejected ‘weapons’ after prosecution

President Donald Trump visited the Department of Justice on Friday-a step that he demanded to control the country’s top law-enforcement agency, which brought two historic prosecution against him, which failed from his 2024 election victory.

He now used the setting to repeat his familiar allegations that the Department of Justice had “weapons” to attack him.

He said, “We should be honest about lies and abuses within these walls. Unfortunately, in recent years, a corrupt group of hacks and fundamentalists within the rank of the US government does not leave that the trust and goodwill have created from generations,” he said. “He armed the vast powers of our intelligence and law enforcement agencies to try and fail the wishes of American people.”

“Our predecessors converted this justice department into injustice department,” they continued. “But I stand in front of you today that they declare that the days are over, and they are never coming back. They are never coming back. So now, as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in our country, as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer, I will insist and demand full and complete accountability for mistakes and abuses.”

The rare journey made Trump’s Robert F. for the first time. The Kennedy is marked as the President inside the building walls, and follows the struggle of almost a decade that has proved to be the final tension test for the post-westgate criteria of the Department of Justice, which is to preserve freedom from the White House.

Trump’s early week of Presidential President has been an unprecedented upheaval time for the DOJ, as Trump’s political leadership immediately re -organized or excluded career officials serving senior criminal and national security roles in several adminals.

Dozens of prosecutors working on the investigation from 6 January on the capital were fired, as well as DOJ and FBI officials who worked on the investigation of Trump by former Special Advocate Jack Smith.

An attempt by the department to quit his criminal corruption case against New York Mayor Adams resulted in a dramatic deadlock for several resignations by prosecutors and other top officials who described the arrangement as a clear “Kwid Pro Quo” to secure the cooperation of Adams with aggressive immigration enforcement efforts of the administration.

White House press secretary Karolin Lewitt while previewing Trump’s remarks on Fox News, said it would be focused on “restoring law and order”, but said he could also discuss “to end the weapons of justice”.

“Donald Trump Department will go to the Department of Justice to deliver a speech about not only the Department of Justice but also the US department with the intention of restoring a justice department, which is really focused on fighting crime and restoring law and order in American communities,” Levitt said.

He previewed the comment on being asked by reporters at the White House on Friday morning, stating that Trump would join by families who have “lost children” children “and due to” illegal Chinese Phantanile “.

In a comment for reporters at the White House on Thursday, Trump said that his speech in DOJ would set “vision” to the department through the rest of his tenure.

“I think we have incredible people, and whatever I am going to do determines my vision. It is going to be their vision, in fact, but it’s my thoughts,” he said. “We want to do justice, and we want – we want security in our cities as well as our communities. And we will talk about immigration. We will talk about a lot of things.”

Almost every top appointment for the department represented Trump as a defense lawyer in an official or personal capacity, reflecting Trump’s expectation for loyalty from a department, said he said he believed that he believed that he had chosen his first term and was later “weapons” against him.

While Attorney General Palm Bondi told the senators that in her confirmation, she would not politicize her office, her early weeks, critics argue, have been marked with politically charged statements, which repeatedly emphasize her loyalty to Trump.

Bandy said in an interview with Trump’s daughter -in -law Lara Trump, “I have never seen it before, and we all like Donald Trump and we want to protect him and fight for his agenda.”

In another interview earlier this month, Bandi said that she was still working to “root out” officers in the department, which said “Donald hates Trump.”

After his confirmation, in one of his first instructions, Bondi ordered DOJ officers to “protect” the presidential interests, and threaten discipline or termination for any lawyer who refused to sign legal arguments by political leadership.

“When the Department of Justice, for example, refuses to advance good arguments to appear in court or sign a brief, it reduces constitutional order and deprives the benefits of its lawyers,” the instructions said.

Trump’s DOJ’s visit to DOJ is his first to any government agency, although it is not without example. The last visit by the US President sitting in the building was done by former President Barack Obama, who attended a departure ceremony for Eric Holder in 2015 – honoring his time as Attorney General for a retirement ceremony.
