Representative Eric Berlisan (R-MO) wrote a letter to MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred, stating that Trevor Bauur was provoked from the league due to Trump’s support.

However, Bauur took the last time MLB mound, and Berlisan is taking MLB to work.

“Looking at the time and severity of Mr. Bauur’s suspension, it is appropriate to question whether MLB of actions were more affected by his political stance and (Manfrade) and MLB’s criticisms, compared to the allegations against him, which has since decreased by judicial review and lack of clarity.”
Bauur, who once said that he had “no other option”, but to sue the league for his Oster, Fox News Digital told in a sit-down interview last year that he had never done anything “criminal”, but still had to look into the mirror and work on themselves after the allegations.

Bauur and Lindsay Hill, who accused the pitcher of beating and sexually abusing in 2021, resolved their case later last year. Bauur revealed the texts of the Hill, who said that Bauur would be “next victim” among other harmful messages. Hill has since said that MLB has more evidence of Bauur’s alleged misconduct.
