Artificial Intelligence (AI) is producing hyperraralistic “digital twins” of politicians, famous celebrities, pornographic materials, and more – which is struggling to determine the legal support, leaving the victims of deepfac technology.
Former CIA agent and cyber security expert Dr. Eric Cole told Fox News Digital that poor online secrecy practices and people’s desire to publicly post their information on social media leaves him susceptible to AI Deepfech.
“The cat is already out of the bag,” he said.
“They have our pictures, they know our children, they know our family. They know where we live. And now, with AI, they are capable of taking all the data we are, what we look, what we do, and how we do, and basically we are able to make a digital twin,” Cole continues.

To prove defamation, a plaintiff should provide evidence and argument on specific elements that meet the legal definition of defamation according to the state law. Many states have uniform standards to prove defamation.
