Late on Thursday, another judge ordered the Trump administration to restore the probationary workers, who were allowed to go into large -scale firing in several agencies.

ALSUP’s order tells the departments of veteran cases, agriculture, defense, energy, interior and treasury whether they offer job restoration to employees immediately ended on 13 and 14 and 14 February. The Trump administration has already appealed for Alsup’s decision, arguing that states have no right to influence and influence the federal government’s relations with their own workers. Alsup, appointed by President Bill Clinton, found that it is difficult to believe. He planned to have a clear hearing on Thursday, but Ejel did not appear to be testified in the court or even for a statement, and the government withdrew his written testimony.

There are estimated 200,000 probationary workers in federal agencies. They include entry-level employees, but there are also workers who had recently received promotion.
