In an interview with fever FM, Renuka remembered that PrinceSoraj Barjatya’s father advised him to play ‘Bhabhi’ (sister -in -law) on screen if he aspired to become a heroine. “Babuji (Rajkumar Barjatya) told me quite clearly, ‘You will find a lot of sister -in -law’s roles. If you don’t get the main lead, think 10 times before taking this role. You don’t know the industry, but how it works. If you want to become a heroine, do not do this film,’ she revealed.
However, Renuka was surprised by the warning. “I told him, ‘I want to do this film. I did not come here to become a heroine; I came as an actor from the theater. For me, every character is important. Whether an actor, a writer, or director, as a director, runs the eligible stories.’ I have never found those confusion or ambitions,” he said, he never felt competition in industry.
