The Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelancesi has come to Saudi Arabia to visit the oil -rich state’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who is before his official meeting with the American top diplomat. The United States and Ukraine are ready to hold important talks in Saudi Arabia, aimed at completing stressful relations and detecting routes to end the ongoing conflict with Russia.
Zelancesi is expected to meet the Saudi Crown Prince later on Monday, which the country has played a mediation role since the Russia’s 2022 invasion, which involves hosting the previous month’s conversation between Moscow and Washington.
Saudi State Television reported the arrival of Zelanceci in Jedah on Monday, a port city on the Red Sea, where the Ukraine-US summit will be held on Tuesday.
US State Secretary Marco Rubio was also the route for Jeddah.
The meeting follows a stressful exchanges between Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelanski and US President Donald Trump at the White House in February, highlighting the deep sitting differences between the two countries to address the war.
The United States, once the chief partner of Ukraine has instigated its war -time policies in search of a rapid ending for its fight, which is directly attached to the Moscow, stopping military aid and intelligence sharing for the Kiev.

The Ukrainian delegation will be led by Andrey Yerm, Zelansky’s Chief of Staff, along with Foreign Minister Andry Sibiha and Defense Minister Rustom Umrov.
The US team will be led with State Secretary Marco Rubio, including National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and the Middle East Special Envoy Steve Witcoff.
