According to the report, police in Troy, Michigan arrested four people in connection with the death of a 5 -year -old boy, who was inside a Hyperberic Chamber, when it exploded in a medical facility in January, including the owner of the convenience.
In Detroit, Fox 2 reported that Tami Peterson, the founder and CEO of the Oxford Center in Troy, was arrested at his house before 7 am on Monday morning for the death of 5 -year -old Thomas Cooper.
The station reported that Peterson is expected to be accused of murder and murder of a second degree.
His company owned and operated the Hyperberic Chamber, which was inside the explosion in Cooper.

In addition to Peterson, three others are expected to be accused with the same offenses, while one of them will also be incorrectly charged with medical records.
Fox 2 reported that the names of the other three persons have not been released.
Detroit Free Press said that all four Tuesdays are to be produced in the district court.
The Troy Police Department did not immediately respond to the request of Fox News Digital for additional information and comments.

Upon arriving for the comment, a lawyer at the Oxford Center issued a statement to Fox 2, stating that they were fully collaborating with investigators, although they are disappointed in allegations.
The statement said, “The time of these allegations is surprising, as the typical protocol has not yet been completed after the fire -related accident. Still the outstanding questions are how this happened. Nevertheless, the Attorney General’s office proceeded to pursue the allegations without those answers,” the statement said. “Our highest priority every day is the safety and goodness of children and families that we serve, which continues during this process.”
On the day of the deadly explosion, the boy’s mother, Annie Cooper, was sitting in a waiting room, while her son received treatment for attention-dot/hypercarctivity disorder (ADHD) and sleep apnea.

Thomas was receiving treatment with 100% oxygen at the Oxford Center on 31 January, located about 24 miles north of Detroit.
“She was in the waiting room and was alerted … something was wrong. He went back where he had a son, and tried and tried and tried to get him out and was unable to …” James Harrington of Figure Law told Fox News Digital. “She faces severe, significant irritation in an attempt to save her child.”
Figure Law is investigating the incident, and Harrington believes the Oxford Center was understood and did not have resources for such an emergency. “

When the Troy police and fire officer reached the spot, the Thomas died inside the chamber, while Annie suffered injuries in his arm.
Annie and her husband, Thomas’s father, James Cooper buried the 5 -year -old on 13 February. Thomas “was known as all his friends, family and teachers as a curious, energetic, smart, outgoing and thoughtful little boy,” said his obiture.
